Boys Club Network
Frank Giustra and The Giustra Foundation are long-time supporters of the Boys Club, which mentors boys and young men to help them reach their full potential in school, the workplace and life.
Founded by two Vancouver secondary school educators more than a decade ago, The Boys Club Network identifies and lifts up lost boys and, with a proven curriculum, restores their personal accountability, as well as their confidence in themselves, in adults, and in society's collective future.
In Vancouver, The Giustra Foundation was an inaugural supporter of Streetohome, the first successful initiative to bring citizens together with stakeholders from business, non-profit organizations, and governments to collaboratively address the needs of the most marginalized people in the community: those living on the streets.
Streetohome was able to prompt a long-term plan to help address Vancouver’s homelessness, as well as create thousands of housing units. It is dedicated to enhancing the system of supports that address the individual housing, legal, health (and employment needs of those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
