The Radcliffe Foundation PSA - $20,000 Film Prize - Refugee Crisis

The Radcliffe Foundation, in collaboration with the Vancouver International Film Festival, will be awarding a $20,000 prize for a short 'call-to-action' film that empowers us to take action on the global refugee crisis. Sarah McLachlan, Award Winning Filmmaker Atom Egoyan, Honourable Louise Arbour, Frank Guistra and others will be part of the esteemed jury.
